5 Axis CNC Machining

Plas-Tech offers 5 Axis Machining for incredibly demanding machining of complex designs to execute a very accurate component. 5 Axis Precision Machining allows machining of 3 dimensional components in one set up. While this can certainly be a cost saving factor, 5 Axis machining is used more often for complex contour work, which may need simultaneous movement of all 5 Axes. Our 5 Axis machines offer excellent tolerances in the range of +/-.005. Capacity – 5’ x 10’ table 48” Z Axis.

 
Mill and Lathe

Plas-Tech proudly offers our clients precision CNC milling services for part sizes up to 40″ x 20″ x 20″. Our state-of-the-art systems, complete with 4 axis capabilities, hold extremely tight tolerances on complex parts machined out of a variety of plastic sheet material. We presently machine parts for aerospace, food processing, assembly line manufacturing, transportation, and other markets that require extremely tight tolerances.
